What kind of company are we trying to be?

Generous

We never try to get by with the minimum. Whether it’s our work, our compensation, or our company policies, we go above and beyond wherever possible. We give generously of our time (to each other), our talents (to our clients), and our resources (to nonprofits that we support).

Kind

Quite simply, we strive to always be kind. To show kindness in how we speak to each other and to our clients. We are patient with irrational demands, and try to approach problems with hope instead of pessimism.

Honest

We believe that the best results come from collaboration, and for true collaboration, there must be open and honest feedback. While this can sometimes be difficult and awkward, the goal is for it always to be done in kindness (see point 1) with the goal of improvement. Whether it’s improvement on our work or our own character, we always want to be better.

Our mantra is pretty simple.

It doesn't get much easier than this.

The best work comes from the best minds collaborating without ego. The power of Principle comes from our shared culture and values resulting in work that is ahead of the curve.

Our name is Principle for a reason. We put our hearts into the work and truly care for each other and our clients. It's not cliche if it's true!
